Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup buttermilk

The flavor and texture combos of this recipe intrigued me so I made the recipe for Super Bowl Sunday treats, and the cookies were delicious. Forgive me if I took some liberties though, using white whole wheat flour, and adding 1 egg and a half teaspoon of vanilla extract. The extra liquid did not complicate forming them into cookies, but did require a few minutes longer baking time. These were fun to make and a notch up in nutrition from the 'norm' of cookies I might have served. Thanks for posting the recipe!I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
