Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain peach juice into a c.; add in lemon juice. Place chicken into a baking pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Pour peach juice over chicken. Bake about 35 to 40 min. Remove and add in peach slices or possibly peach halves. Return to oven and bake for another 10 to 15 min. Serve with 1/2 c. rice and green beans for a low calorie meal.
