Peaches And Sour Cream Pizza Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 c. finely minced walnuts
  • 1 (29 ounce.) can peaches, sliced
  • Additional walnut halves for garnish

Peaches And Sour Cream Pizza Pie

Directions

  1. To make filling, combine condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Chill.
  2. To make crust, cream together butter and brown sugar. Fold in flour, oats, and walnuts. Spray pizza pan with Pam. Press dough into pan; healthy pinch up edges to create rim. Prick several times with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Cold.
  3. Spoon filling over crust and arrange peaches and walnuts in desired design. Chill. Slice as you would pizza.
