Peach Schnapps Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
- Optional topping:
- 1 cup Cool Whip (I used Dream Whip--remember those little packets of goodness?)
- 2 teaspoons peach schnapps
