Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce #BourbonBBQ Recipe
Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbs oil (we used avocado oil)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbs finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/3 cup Four Roses bourbon
- 1 Tbs prepared mustard
- 1 cup peaches, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbs cider vinegar
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
