- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Large Chopped onion
- 2 Cloves garlic chopped
- 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Small can tomato paste
- 1 Can chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tsp. Oregano
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cube butter
- 1 Lb. Penna Pasta noodles
- 1 Cup grated Kaseri or Parmesan Cheese
- Cream Topping
- 2 Cubes butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tsp. Nutmeg
- 3 Egg
- 1 Qt. Warm milk

Time: 2 hours prep, 60 minutes cook

Directions
- Place cube butter in large skillet, and place chopped onions in pan saute, then add ground beef and brown
- Add garlic, oregano, cinnamon and stir in
- Add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, oregano and water allow to simmer
- Boil noodles until tender, scoop into sauce and blend well
- Pour into a oblong oven proof pan,
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the noodle mixture
- In another sauce pan melt butter add flour and make a Roux
- Add warm milk and nutmeg
- When thickened add beaten eggs, when thick pour over noodle mixture and place in a 425 oven for 1 hour until hot and bubbly
