Pasta With Green Beans And Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb green beans, cleaned, 1 1/2 inch
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 x onion, sliced
  • 5 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 32 ounce canned tomatoes, crushed
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  •     freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 lb pasta

Directions

  1. Put wine in a large skillet or possibly dutch oven. Add in all veggies and herbs, let simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 min. Add in crushed tomatoes.
  2. Let simmer 30 min or possibly till you are ready for it. Cook pasta in unsalted, unoiled water.
  3. Combine and serve.
