  2. Wash and soak the rice in 2 cups of water for half an hour.

  4. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. When the water starts to boil add the soaked rice and let it cook on low heat until the rice grains are soft. Drain the water.
  6. .Step 3
  7. Keep a pan on medium heat to which you add the oil. Add the onions and stir fry until translucent. Add the green peppers and stir fry for a minute. Add the boiled rice, pasta, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  8. .Step 4
  9. When serving, add the tomatoes and sprinkle the cheese. Cover and heat the dish in the microwave for three minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
