Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 tsp Vegetable oil
- 4 ounce Bittersweet chocolate, melted

Passover Boiled Chocolate Frosting (Pareve)

Directions
- Boil sugar with water till it spins a 6 - 8" thread (242*) . Stir in chocolate gradually, till icing is smooth. When Icing coats a spoon proportionately, beat in oil.
