Parsnip Butter Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Butter Beans, soaked overnight
• 1 Tbsp Butter or Olive oil or any cooking oil
• 1 Medium sized Onions, Sliced
• 3-4 no's garlic pod, minced
• 1/2 Pound Parsnips, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• ~ 2 Cups Liquid (Broth / Stock /Water)
• 1/2 Cup Milk or ~1/4 cup cream
• Toasted Breadcrumbs or croutons
• Salt and Pepper, for seasoning
• Parsley for garnishing
