Parmesan Dill broiled Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 1/2 tbs mayonnaise ( I use vegenaise)
  • 1tbs lemon juice
  • 1tsp fresh dill
  • Salt/ pepper to taste

Parmesan Dill broiled Tilapia

Time: 10 minutes prep, 7 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Turn broiler on high
  2. Combine ingredients
  3. Place Tilapia on foil lined pan
  4. Divide mixture and coat one side of tilapia
  5. Broil 3 minutes
  6. Flip tilapia and put remaining ingredients
  7. Broil 3-4 minutes longer
