Ingredients
- 4 tilapia
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 1/2 tbs mayonnaise ( I use vegenaise)
- 1tbs lemon juice
- 1tsp fresh dill
- Salt/ pepper to taste

Parmesan Dill broiled Tilapia
Time: 10 minutes prep, 7 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Turn broiler on high
- Combine ingredients
- Place Tilapia on foil lined pan
- Divide mixture and coat one side of tilapia
- Broil 3 minutes
- Flip tilapia and put remaining ingredients
- Broil 3-4 minutes longer
