  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Dip the chops in the melted butter and then in the dry mixture, coating all sides. Let them sit for about 10 minutes, then repeat process to give them a little more crunch. Place chops in a 9x13 in baking dish.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 45 to 55 minutes, or until internal pork temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Top with mozzarella cheese and allow to melt.
