Pandan Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp jelly powder
  • 10 pandan leaves - cut into smaller pieces
  • 200ml thick coconut cream/milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can fruit cocktail

Pandan Coconut Panna Cotta

Time: 25 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 3 person
 

Directions

  1. Blend/process pandan leaves with coconut cream.
  2. Drain to extract the thick liquid.
  3. Add it into a pan with milk and sugar.
  4. Stir continuously and once heated through, remove from heat.
  5. Mix in the jelly powder and pour into moulds, any size you prefer.
  6. Once cooled down, set it in the fridge
  7. To serve, slide out the panna cotta and top with fruit cocktail with syrup.
