Pandan and Mango Cream dessert Recipe

I like this. I make this dessert as often as I can.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Jelly Powder Mix Buko-Pandan Flavor
  • 2 cans Condensed Milk (Big)
  • 1 pouch All Purpose Cream
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk (Big)
  • 1/4 kl White Sugar
  • 1 kl Ripe Mangoes

Directions

  1. Cook the jelly according to the packaging. I always add ¼ kl white sugar because I want the jelly to be sweet.
  2. Place in the molder, let it cool completely.
  3. Cut the pandan jelly and mangoes into cubes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the jelly and mangoes together. Set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk and evap.
  6. Then pour the mixture to the jelly and mango combination.
  7. Mix thoroughly. Chill
