Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp ajwain seeds (carom seeds)
  • 1 tsp dried coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • Freshly chopped coriander3-4 stalks
  • Water as needed to make a medium thick batter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Pakoras

Time: 10-15 minutes prep, 10-16 minutes cook
Servings: 5
 

Directions

  1. Slice onions into thin slices, chop potatoes into small cubes, add the rest of ingredients make a batter by adding water. Add more gram flour if you find the batter too thin. The batter should be of a medium thick consistency.
