Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup gram flour
- 2 medium onions
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1-2 green chilies
- 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp ajwain seeds (carom seeds)
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- Freshly chopped coriander3-4 stalks
- Water as needed to make a medium thick batter
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Time: 10-15 minutes prep, 10-16 minutes cook

Directions
- Slice onions into thin slices, chop potatoes into small cubes, add the rest of ingredients make a batter by adding water. Add more gram flour if you find the batter too thin. The batter should be of a medium thick consistency.
