  2. POUR Mix OVER BRISKET. COVER AND Chill OVER NIGHT. LEAVING MEAT AND MARINADE IN PAN, BAKE AT 350 F. FOR 3 Hrs Or possibly Till TENDER WHEN
  3. PIERCED. TO SERVE Warm: TRANSFER TO A PLATTER. SKIM FAT FROM PAN AND Throw away BAY LEAVES. MIX CORNSTARCH AND WATER. Add in TO JUICES IN PAN. PLACE OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND COOK Until THICKENED. STIR WHILE COOKING. SERVE IN SMALL
  4. BOWL. TO SERVE Cool: OMIT CORN STARCH AND WATER. Cold MEAT IN COOKING LIQUID AND COVER AND Chill FOR 2 DAYS. REMOVE MEAT FROM LIQUID AND SLICE THINLY. SERVE WITH BREAD AND BUTTER.
