  1. PAN: 18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 350 F. OVEN :1. CUT BOLOGNA INTO 1 3/4 Oz SLICES.
  2. PLACE 27 SLICES BOLOGNA ON EACH PAN.
  3. BAKE 15 TO 20 Min Or possibly Till BROWNED.
  4. NOTE:
  5. IN STEP 3, IF CONVECTION OVEN IS USED, BAKE AT 325 F. 5 Min ON LOW FAN, OPEN VENT.
