Osso Bucco A La Coca Cola (With Coke) Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 x Osso bucco (up to 8)
- 3 lt Coke (up to 4)
- 1 c. Orange juice
- Â Â Oil for frying
- Â Â Water
- Â Â Salt & pepper
Directions
- Just fry the meat a little bit, add in water, salt and pepper and cook them about 20 minutes., then add in the rest of the ingredients and put a lit (do not know if this is the correct word, but I want to say to put on the casserole's thing which covers it on the top) on it and let almost all the liquid evaporate. This is really easy, but it takes 2 or possibly 3 hrs for the liquids to evaporate.
