  • 4 Plums, any variety, deseeded
  • 1 Tbsp of Honey
  • 1/4" Ginger
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • Blackpepper, mint if you like
  • Crushed Ice & Water if needed

Directions

  1. 1.. Chop fruits,throw them in blender or your juice extractor along with some crushed ice, honey, ginger,water black-pepper & mint if using.
  2. 2.. Blend it well and serve chilled immediately.
