Ingredients

  • 1 whole medium orange, peeled and broken into wedges
  • 1/4 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 3 tablespons of chia seeds
  • 8 to 10 raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup of baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup of water, almond milk* or milkINSTRUCTIONS
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until all ingredients are liquefied
