- All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Custard powder - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- For the filling/cream
- Butter - 40 gms
- Icing sugar - 2/3 cup/75 gms
- Juice and Zest of one Orange
- A pinch of Orange food colouring(optional)
