Ingredients

Orange juice 600ml
Bay leaves 4 pcs
Fresh ginger 20g

Star anise 3g
Apricot jam 150g
Horseradish 15g

Directions

Method
Reduce # 1, 2, 3 and 4 by half
Cool it down then add 5 and 6
Sauce is ready to be served
