- 3 c. Cooked onion rings
- 1/4 lb Grated American cheese
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 dsh Pepper
- Paprika
- 6 slc Buttered toast
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter

Directions
- Place 3 slices toast in bottom of baking dish. Cover with layer of onions and cheese. Repeat. Beat egg slightly; add in lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Pour over contents in baking dish. Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 35 min at 375 degrees.
