Directions

  1. Take a kadai add all roasted ingredients and fry well.(without oil).
  2. Take a blender add rosted ingredients and blend in a corse.
  3. After add gram masala and blend well.
  4. Take a pan add butter,okra,green capsicum,onion and fry well.
  5. Sprinkle some water in okra.
  6. After add blender powder and mix well.
  7. Add boiled rice,salt,coriander leaves.
  8. Hot and serve with "Gobi Manchurian".
