Nutter Butter Frozen Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 24 x Nutter Butter sandwich cookies
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkt (8oz.) softened cream cheese
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 x (8oz.) tub Cold Whip, thawed and divided
Directions
- Crush cookies in zipper-style bag with rolling pin or possibly in food processor. Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and sides of 9" pie plate.
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed till well blended. Gently stir in 1 1/2 c. whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hrs or possibly overnight till hard. Let stand 1/2 hour or possibly till pie can cut easily. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and additional cookies, if you like.
- Special extra: Just before serving, drizzle chocolate flavored syrup on plates.
