Ingredients

  • 1 x Store -bought deep dish pie crust
  • 3 x - 4 pounds fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Raw sugar
  • 1 c. Water
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie crust till golden. Set aside.
  2. In saucepan add in peaches, sugar and water. Cook about 6 min. Set aside.
  3. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, lowfat milk, almond extract and additional sugar. Mix together till smooth. Spread cream cheese mix into pie crust and top with peaches. Refrigerateand serve
