Nelson's Black Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast 2 c. Clear flour 1 1/4 c. Pumpernickel flour 2 tsp Caraway seeds 1 Tbsp. Butter

2 Tbsp. Lyles black treacle or possibly molasses 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 tsp Caramel coloring 1 1/3 c. Water

Directions

1. All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add in ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press
2. "Start".
