Ingredients

  • 1 head Napa or possibly Chinese cabbage
  • 6 x green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 stk butter
  • 2 pkt Ramen noodles, crushed, no sauce
  • 5 ounce slivered almonds
  • 2 1/2 ounce sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce (regular not lite)

Directions

  1. Use white part of cabbage only, cut in 1 inch pcs, rinse and drain.
  2. Combine cabbage pcs and green onions; set aside. Heat butter; saute/fry noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Cold, then mix into cabbage mix.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients; toss with cabbage mix.
  4. Make this just before ready to serve.
