Directions

  1. Heat butter and saute/fry the red onion and fennel for about 2 min.
  2. Add in the mussels and continue to saute/fry another 2 to 3 min.
  3. Add in the vodka and let simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the basil, cream, salt, pepper and capers.
  5. Let simmer about 2 min and add in to cooked pasta.
  6. Mix well and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
