Moroccan Beef Kabobs with Spicy Slaw Recipe

This dish is packed with flavor easy to put together. Marinate the beef for at least 3 hours and then throw it on the grill and serve with spicy slaw , pittas and lemon dill sauce .

Directions

  1. Beef kabobs:
  2. Place all Ingrediants in a blender except for the beef and pulse till well combined
  3. Pour marinade in a ziplock bag
  4. Add beef cubes to the marinade
  5. Marinate for at least 3 hours
  6. Thread beef cubes onto metal skewers or wood ones which have been soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent skewers from burning
  7. Place kabobs on a grill and grill for around 8-12 minutes
  8. Take kabobs off the grill and cover with foil and let rest for around 10 minutes
  9. Serve with spicy slaw , pitas and lemon sauce recipes follow .
  10. Spicy Slaw :
  11. Place all Ingrediants in a mixing bowl
  12. Toss till well combined
  13. Place in a nice salad bowl and chill
  14. Lemon sauce :
  15. Place all Ingrediants in a bowl and stir together
  16. Let chill
