Very good crepes to eat as is or with your favorite jam, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon sugar. These are not dessert crepes as so they are not too sweet and go easily with anything.

Directions

1.
Whip eggs, oil sugar, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl
2.
Add flour.
3.
Mix until batter is thick. This elimates flour clots later.
4.
Mix in water and milk.
5.
Whip until batter is smooth.
6.
Heat 25cm nonstick frying pan on medium heat.
7.
Pour one ladle of batter onto pan.
8.
Quickly tilt pan to cover batter on pan as uniformly as possible. (Practice makes perfect)
9.
Let sit a minute or two over medium heat.
10.
Use utensil to flip crepe over.
11.
Let sit another minute over medium heat.
12.
Serve and continue to make additional crepes.
