One of my favorite pizza dinners is made by someone else and I call ahead and pick it up on my way home from work (can you guess who?) from the handy dandy drive thru. Anybody else? Yep that’s what I thought. There are A LOT of us out there that really love this method of dinner preparation. Don’t worry, no judging here! This recipe is so easy and takes such little time to prepare that you won’t mind bypassing the drive thru the next time you want a pizza treat at home.

Ingredients

Cost per serving $0.60 view details
  • 30 canned biscuits
  • 30 pepperoni slices
  • 6 sticks of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups pizza sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each stick of mozarella into 5 pieces. Open biscuit cans and take 1 biscuit at a time out and pat between your fingers to “smash” it out to a little bigger size. Place 1 slice of pepperoni on the biscuit and on top of the pepperoni place a piece of cheese. Fold the biscuit over the pepperoni/cheese so that it is completely covered. It will end up being a little ball. Place these in the bundt pan all around the pan in a layered manner. It will make 1 big layer on the bottom and 2 smaller layers one on top of each other. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
