Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 lb Meat, grnd (I often use a combination of beef and lamb)
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Horseradish
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk or possibly water
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 3/4 c. Catsup

Mom's Meatloaf

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for about 1/2 c. of the catsup. Place into a loaf pan, or possibly shape into a loaf on a baking sheet. Spread the reserved catsup on top of the loaf. Bake at 400 F. for 40 min.
  2. NOTE: Unknow author says: A nice, simple meatloaf-This is the meatloaf my mother makes. Where she got the recipe, who knows Probably from her mothre ...I think it's the best meatloaf in the world (and I'm sure you think your metaloaf is the best!).
