Ingredients

  • 1 c. molasses
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. In a saucepan put molasses, sugar, water and vinegar. Boil till very brittle when dropped into cool water. Add in butter and pour on buttered pan. When cold sufficient to handle, butter hands and pull till light brown. Pull into long strips and cut with scissors.
