- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. molasses
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Roll into balls, dip in sugar. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 min.
