Directions

  1. SOAK THE BEANS FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO EASE SKIN REMOVAL
  2. WASH PROPERLY TO REMOVE ALL SKIN UNTIL BEANS IS CLEN WITHOUT ANY SKIN LEFT
  3. PUT BEANS INTO A BLENDER, ADD CHOPPED ONIONS,BELL PEPPER AND BLEND UNTIL IT FORMS A SMOOTH THICK PASTE.
  4. POUR INTO A BOWL
  5. ADD A LITTLE WARM WATER TO SOFTEN THE PASTE,ADD YOUR OIL SALT AND SPICES.
  6. STIR TO MIX WELL
  7. IN GREASED CUP,POUR THE MIXTURE,PLACE IN A STREAMER AND ALLOW TO COOK,
  8. MOI MOI IS DONE WHEN THE PASTE FIRMS UP OR WHEN A SKEWER COMES OUT CLEAN.
  9. GOES WHEN WIHT PAP(A CORN MIXTURE OR CUSTARDS)
