Mock Pate De Foie Gras Spread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Liverwurst
- 4 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix; or possibly mash liverwurst and add in remaining ingredients and blend with mixer. Mold into desired shape or possibly serve in a bowl with crackers or possibly melba rounds.
