Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/3 powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup York mint patties, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1/2 cup Andes baking chips
- 5 drops green food coloring

Mint Squares
Time: 25 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 20
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt & cookies together.
- Pour 1/2 of crust mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice together until creamy. Add eggs, York mint patties and vanilla extract until blended.
- Spread over the crust layer.
- Topping: Mix tool whip, Andes baking chips & green food coloring until blended.
- Spread over the filling layer.
- Decorate.
