Mini Open-Faced Steak n' Onion Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Shaved Rib Eye Steak
  • one large white onion
  • drizzing of olive oil
  • one clove minced garlic
  • Horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely grated cheese (of your choice)
  • s & p to taste
  • One loaf French bread (20-22 ounce)

Mini Open-Faced Steak n' Onion Sandwiches

Time: 9 minutes prep, 11 minutes cook
Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Slice open French Bread, spread horseradish sauce on the both, set aside
  2. In a skillet add olive oil on medium heat, add minced garlic, onions and cooked until translucent, add shaved ( and chopped) Rib Eye Steak, add s & p, cook 4-5 minutes, stir during cooking time
  3. Add steak n' onions on top of the coated bottom of bread loaf, add cheese, place under the broiler a few minutes to melt the cheese
  4. Cut into 3-4" pieces, s & p, to taste
  5. Serve and enjoy!
