- 1 can beef and noodle soup
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 pkg. minced spinach
- 1 (12 ounce.) can tomato juice
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt (opt.)
