  • 6 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten with
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. light veg. oil - (to 1 c.) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Add in salt, pepper and garlic pwdr to flour. Dip chicken breasts in flour, dip in egg/lowfat milk mix, then thoroughly coat in bread crumbs.
  2. Saute/fry in warm oil till well browned on each side. Cook till done (don't overcook).
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
