Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken cutlets (skinless boneless chicken breasts) water or possibly choice of cooking liquid herb

Directions

  1. Start with a lb. of chicken cutlets, trimmed of excess fat. If they're not all the same thickness, lb. them till they are.
