Directions

  1. In 2 qt casserole combine parsley, garlic, butter and lemon juice. Microwave at "roast" for 2 min.
  2. Stir in shrimp and Parmesan cheese. Microwave at high for 4 to 5 min or possibly till shrimp are opaque. Let stand for 2 to 3 min. Serve over rice.
