- 1/2 lb Lean grnd pork
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) chicken broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) mexican-style minced tomatoes, liquid removed
- 1 can (15 ounce) pinto beans
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne

Mexican Pork And Bean Soup

Directions
- In large heavy saucepan brown and crumble grnd pork. Stir in onion and garlic; cook and stir till onion is soft, about 3 min. Stir in all other ingredients, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer about 10 min.
