Melon Juice Filipino Style Recipe

One of the many refreshing summer fruits to juice. Try it as it is or mix it with milk. Both are just great.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe melon fruit (cantaloupe)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup milk (optional)
  • crushed ice
  • vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut, remove seeds, and scrape the melon fruit. Put it all in a pitcher.
  2. Add the sugar and water. Stir until sugar it dissolves completely.
  3. Add ice and pour into a tall glass.
  4. Add vanilla extract (optional) and milk (optional) if you wish.
  5. Enjoy!
