Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (leaner is better)
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Hey Veronica!! This photo is fabulous. I like the simplicity of the recipe and it sounds delicious. Milk is used often as a moistening agent especially in Italian cooking as well. I have used bbq sauce for meatloaf glaze in the past with positive results. Keep up the good work!!I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
