Meatballs with tomato sauce

• 50g cream crackers
• 500g minced beef
• 2 rasher bacon, finely chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley ( I can't get it )
• 1 egg, beaten
• salt
• pepper
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 400g jar pasta sauce
• Pasta

I didn't use all the meatballs, I kept some in the freezer for next meal.

The meatballs taste good but I felt the sauce lacks of something. Maybe, I should stir fry onion with the meatball oil and then add in the sauce that will be good.
