Meatballs Sweet & Sour Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 20 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 c. catsup
- 2 c. onions, diced or possibly 1 c. dry onion mix soaked in warm water
- 2 c. water
- 12 large eggs
- 5 cans Carnation lowfat milk
- 4 c. oatmeal or possibly cracker meal
- 1/3 c. salt
- 4 (53 ounce) cans sweet & sour sauce
Directions
- Put together all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Portion out into balls using scoop. Put meatballs on large baking pan, 18"x26". Bake for 15 to 20 min in oven at 300 degrees. Put into roaster and add in sweet and sour sauce/water. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
