  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. French bread
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan
  • 1/2 bn parsley, minced Italian seasoning, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste Garlic, to taste

Directions

  1. Place meat in a bowl. Soak bread in water; squeeze out and add in to meat. Mix with hands, then fold in egg with hands as well. Add in rest of ingredients. Mix with hands. Roll into balls the size you desire. Bake at 400 degrees till brown, about 10 min. Place meatballs in your favorite sauce and continue cooking.
