  • c - Meat Balls -
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb Lean Grnd Beef, or possibly Grnd Chicken, or possibly Grnd Turkey c - Spagetti Sauce -
  • 1 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Onions minced
  • 4 x Crushed garlic cloves or possibly
  • 2 x Chopped garlic
  • 14 ounce Can Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. Red wine (optional)
  • 1 x Sweet green pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry leaf basil
  • 1/2 tsp Leaf oregano

Directions

  1. Form meat into 1 inch meatballs. Add in to cooking spaghetti sauce. Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add in onions and garlic. Saute/fry for 2 minutes. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often.
  2. Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 15 minutes.
